Job Description
- Responsible for leading the testing to ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Planning, coordinating and executing testing activities, including functional, integration, user acceptance, performance/stress, penetration and regression testing.
- Work closely with project stakeholders, business users and technical teams.
- Ensure that all testing requirements are met.
- Ensure that the system meets the defined quality standards.
You will also play a role in developing the Danish SAP offering, as they constantly strive for the cutting-edge within their core capabilities, industry insights, and collaboration within Deloitte in the Nordics and globally.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, they expect that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP testing tools.
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Can with ease communicate in English, both verbally and written to stakeholders with technical and non-technical background. Ideally you have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language.
- Have superior expertise in MS PowerPoint and MS Office in general.
- Have legal right to live and work in Denmark.
- Experience with managing on- and offshore teams
- Have the ability to travel – as they work in a hybrid set up for many of their clients.
What you bring to the team
- Develop and implement a test strategy and plan for SAP S/4 HANA projects.
- Define the scope, objectives, and approach for testing activities.
- Identify and document test cases, test scripts, and test data requirements.
- Lead the execution of test cases and ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.
- Monitor and track testing progress, and report on test results and defects.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.
- Ensure that all defects are resolved and retested before the system goes live.
- Communicate testing status, progress, and issues to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide regular updates on testing activities and highlight any risks or issues that may impact the project timeline.
- Ensure that all testing activities adhere to established quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct reviews and audits of testing processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Be part of and supporting the development and collaboration within the Nordic SAP PM/PMO Community
- Contribute to building their offering to the next level, through e.g. sales activities or recruitment.
It is a bonus if you also have
- Experience with SAP in:
- Solution Manager or Cloud ALM
- SAP Activate method
- Has experience with test automation tools like Tricentis or Worksoft.
