EPI-USE Denmark is looking for Danish SAP Payroll Consultants with expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or KMD Nettoløn to join their consulting team. You will become part of their Danish organization which a division of EPI-USE Nordic & Baltic, where you will get approximately 40 colleagues in the Nordics. EPI-USE is a consulting company that delivers HR, Time Management, and Payroll solutions for their customers. You will become part of a team of highly specialized consultants with best-in-class experience and competences.
About the Role
You will get the opportunity to work with both SAP ECP and KMD Nettoløn, as part of implementation projects and as part of their support organization, working with companies which are long standing customers of EPI-USE.
Your role in the technical implementation team will be as the specialist on Danish payroll requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in the solution. In the role you are also providing their clients with the in-depth expertise they need to successfully implement and process payroll.
In the support organization you will have an essential role in adapting legal and company-specific changes required in their solution(s). Key to your success in this position is your ability to understand the client’s needs as well as defining and implementing these as in the solution(s).
Your responsibilities
- Empower clients with expert guidance on payroll processes specializing in Danish payroll on SAP.
- Design and configure SAP Payroll solutions that align precisely with client-specific needs and compliance requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP Payroll solutions to support Payroll processes.
- Leverage your expertise to consult, design, and implement payroll solutions and functionalities within SAP.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of payroll systems within the broader HR and IT landscape.
Solution oriented Payroll Consultant with strong interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in configuration of SAP HCM, KMD Nettoløn, and/or SAP ECP for Danish payroll.
- Understanding of Payroll schema and rule structure specific to Denmark is preferred
- Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
- Thorough knowledge of Danish payroll legislation, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, orientation of consulting, and service delivery is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP certification, and ABAP coding skills are a plus.
