The role

They are looking for an SAP ABAP Consultant with deep expertise in Financial Supply Chain Management. You will design, build and maintain solutions across Treasury, In-House Cash, In-House Banking and Cash Management. You work closely with functional and architecture teams to deliver clean, sustainable, cloud-ready code.

Release Context: S/4HANA Private Cloud, S/4HANA Public Cloud.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions within FSCM areas: Treasury, In-House Cash, In-House Banking, Cash Management, Advanced Payment Management, Bank Communication Management
• Use ABAP Workbench, Eclipse ADT, SAP Business Application Studio and SAP Build Code
• Apply SAP Clean Core principles in development process
• Work with SAP BTP for extensions, integrations and side-by-side scenarios
• Implement enhancements using various extension techniques
• Develop and maintain file format integrations: pain.001, pain.002, pain.008 camt.053 and related ISO 20022 standards as well as other local formats
• Build and consume APIs and interfaces between SAP and external banking or treasury systems

What you bring

Required:

• 3 or more years of ABAP development experience, with proven work in FSCM modules
• Solid understanding of Treasury and Cash Management business processes in S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with ABAP Workbench and at least one modern IDE: Eclipse ADT, Business Application Studio, SAP Build Code
• Understanding of SAP payment processes end to end
• Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 file formats: pain.001, pain.002, camt.053
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility concepts
• Knowledge of RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)
• Experience with IDocs, ABAP Proxy, APIs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in groups
• Ability and will to learn
• Fluent in English

Strong Advantage:

• Experience with ABAP Cloud development and its restricted syntax model
• Experience with BTP services, including Integration Suite or side-by-side extensions
• Experience with bank communication interfaces and SWIFT or EBICS connectivity
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Public Cloud extensibility model and its constraints
• Experience with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) and Host-to-Host bank connectivity
• Experience with SAP Trading Platform Integration and interfaces to dealing platforms: Bloomberg, 360T, FXall
• Familiarity with Treasury Correspondence Framework and settlement center connectivity
• Experience with market data provider integrations: Bloomberg, LSEG
• Knowledge of OData service development for Fiori-based treasury applications
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite
• Understanding of Treasury instrument types: money market, forex, derivatives
• Understanding of Business Partners, Bank Account Management
