Prosapia is looking, on behalf of Deloitte, for a SAP Data Lead with the following profile:
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of SAP data migration experience, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of master data and transactional data migration.
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Syniti, or similar migration tools.
- Knowledge of data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience planning and executing migration mock runs, cutover, and go-live support.
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Strong customer-facing consulting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into migration solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including reporting progress, risks, and recommendations to project leadership and steering committees.
- Comfortable working with business users, process owners, IT teams, and executive stakeholders in a complex transformation environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions in a collaborative manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience with SAP MDG and data governance.
- Experience in global or multi-country SAP transformation programs.
Danish speaking is preferred.
