You become responsible for DSV’s BW/BPC
As Senior Specialist you will contribute to developing our existing BW/BPC platform used for DSV’s reporting, planning and consolidation system on a global scale. You will become service owner for this business critical application and drive and develop the platform. You will have 10 skilled and professional colleagues in the development team, among others one additional BW/BPC responsible – like yourself. Moreover, you will have close dialogue with the SAP FI-CO Support team. In detail, you will:
- Deliver parts of the SAP rollout within BW/BPC area
- Develop and optimise the platform
- Create and improve internal SAP BW/BPC manuals and procedures
- Interact closely with business colleagues in DSV Group Finance

BPC/BW profile with BW 7.x skills
You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics or Business Administration and are an experienced BPC profile with BW background and good knowledge of BW 7.x. This background enables you to advise clients on solution architecture. Moreover, you have experience working with:
- FICO data extraction
- Data flows
- SAP Business Planning & Consolidation 10.0, version for SAP
- NetWeaver
You are familiar with the change management, release management as well as finance processes of a global organisation. At the same time, you work with a distinct customer-focus and are a true team player able to make priorities for your work-day. Using your excellent communication skills, you are able to translate your ideas into technical and user-friendly language – also in English.
About the department
DSV Global IT employs around 600 people who support the business with IT systems and applications. We work together with DSV colleagues across 55 countries in IT and business functions. The SAP development team consist of 11 SAP Consultants mainly located in Denmark and Poland.
