Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration professional, who has an appetite for delivering sustainable, business-driven projects and being excited to cooperate with the largest companies and well-known brands. You enjoy engaging with clients to understand their requirements from which you’re able to effectively scope and define solution options for key challenges in data management, data maintenance and data migration areas providing subject matter expertise with a good awareness of SAP integration points and associated technologies within the area. This role includes and thus you are expected to be able to
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration plan, including extraction, transformation, and validation which ensures data quality and governance by implementing best practices for cleansing, enrichment and validation
- Lead the data team through the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of both the master data sets & transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP system through the project phases and go-live
- Work closely and effectively with functional teams to align data migration with business requirements
Additionally, to ensure smooth start and succeeding in the role, it is required from the applicant to
- Hold a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Data related topics such as Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Quality, MDG or other
- Have previous experience from SAP S/4 Hana implementation
- Possess operational and organizational knowledge of master data models and standards as well as Data Migration Methodology (ETL)
- Be experienced with various data migration tools and solutions that apply to SAP data migration implementations (SAP Migration Cockpit, Syniti, SNP, MDG, etc.)
- Understand well SAP system’s general architecture; broad knowledge of business functions with specific knowledge of master and transactional data objects in SAP business processes
- Effective interpersonal skills and experience of developing strong client relationships, building trust and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of SAP Data Migration
- Ability to make complex analysis and communicate it in a concise and clear manner, appropriately tailored to people from a very wide range of cultures, technical backgrounds and seniorities
- Have team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills
- Communicate fluently in English with proficiency in Danish language seen as advantage
- Be currently located in Denmark and possess a valid residence permit.
