Join a department of specialists
In their SAP department, they are 25 colleagues divided into 4 teams – all working with SAP using FI, CO, BPC, and MDG. As a FI/CO specialist, you will join the SAP Development team and 11 SAP colleagues responsible for development and maintenance of their SAP template.
They work closely with the business and you can look forward to working with highly skilled colleagues in an open, informal environment where your input may be the next global functionality.
Configure the right functionalities
DSV has developed an international financial SAP platform, which they currently use in 27 countries and is continuously being rolled out in DSV countries around the world. You will play an important role in configuring functionalities – both in terms of new development and improving existing functionalities. In addition, analysis, design, testing, documentation, and support will be key elements of your job.
On some development tasks, you will be working independently as a configuration consultant in close collaboration with your business counterpart. As they roll out the template and new functionalities, however, you will be part of a project team to ensure successful completion.
Good experience with SAP FI/CO
Their reality is a dynamic roadmap, which changes and develops as work progresses. As such, it is important that you can prioritise – and know when to re-prioritise – as our master plan is subject to change. That being said, you will have the freedom to use your skills within our template and develop your expertise further as you grow your knowledge about our business. To do so, you have to be independent and able to drive your tasks forward. Also, you are not afraid of including your colleagues and asking questions to gather knowledge – and to share your ideas for new features.
DSV imagine that
- You have 5+ years of experience with configuration of SAP FI/CO and a good understanding of the financial processes in an international company
- You have experience with rolling out SAP and participating in projects
- You may have experience with Sales Distribution, Master Data Governance, and/or FSCM, though this is a plus and not a prerequisite
- You speak and write English effortlessly, and it is an advantage if you also know Danish
