The Tech Collective is a newly established company powered by Implement Consulting Group. Their ambition is to become a leading provider of innovative digital solutions. One of the focus areas is execution of S/4HANA transformations for clients by completely re-thinking the implementation approach.
You will be a part of a strong team of people, where their mission is to deliver projects on time and budget with higher impact than their clients expect. They want to push the boundaries for how to successfully deliver S/4HANA projects.
The job content varies but includes
- A chance to investigate and work with the latest and greatest S/4HANA technology
- Advising customers on solution architecture to help them on their journey towards S/4HANA
- Planning and execution of S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, bluefield and optimisation projects
- Leading workstreams and teams
They are looking for people who

- Hold a relevant bachelors degree in finance, supply chain, operations or IT
- As a minimum have 5-10 years of experience from SAP projects
- Have broad experience with SAP and deep knowledge of finance and controlling
- Are able to guide their clients on their journey towards S/4HANA, architect and implement FI/CO processes in large projects
- Ideally have experience from S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield projects, including simplifications and Fiori within the FI/CO area
- Are good at getting an overview and are able to plan and set the direction for the solution of complex tasks
- Have the ability to establish a good co-operation with clients at all organisational levels
- Are experienced project leaders and know how to set a direction, create a team spirit and establish the ambition to reach a common goal
- Are excellent in oral and written communication
