WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your role is to create the conditions for the Integration team to perform, develop and deliver. You will set the direction, manage priorities and capacity, support individual development and ensure strong collaboration with stakeholders – while remaining technically involved when your expertise is needed.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the SAP Integration team, including performance dialogues, career development, recruitment and onboarding
- Managing capacity, resources and the integration backlog across projects, operational support, technical debt and strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Teams and business stakeholders to align priorities, expectations and delivery commitments
- Providing technical leadership, supporting architectural decisions and driving integration standards and best practices
- Developing and maintaining solutions in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) when needed, including support for complex troubleshooting and critical deliveries
- Driving continuous improvement of their integration platform, development practices and ways of working
- Creating transparency around progress, risks and capacity while removing obstacles that impact team performance
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You may already have people management experience, or you may be an experienced technical lead, mentor or Senior SAP Integration Developer ready to take your first step into formal leadership. Most importantly, you enjoy helping others succeed while staying close to technology and delivery.
JYSK is looking for a new colleague who:
- Has several years of experience with SAP integrations and strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- Has experience with APIs, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST and modern integration patterns
- Understands SAP integration architecture and has experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments
- Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills and can navigate competing priorities
- Is motivated by leading, coaching and developing technical specialists
- Can balance people leadership, delivery management and hands-on technical involvement
- Is fluent in written and spoken English
Experience with API Management, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), event-driven architectures, DevOps and CI/CD practices or cloud monitoring and observability platforms will be considered an advantage.
