Are you capable of enabling and securing the growth of an already successful SAP Business unit and take it to the next level? Do you have leadership qualities, and do you possess a successful track record from SAP Business development, SAP Services delivery, and SAP talent attraction?
As the new Head of SAP in NNIT you will be responsible for building and expanding on the current team and portfolio (approx. 70 FTEs across Denmark & Philippines). The current team is performing well and delivering healthy business with a recognized quality level.
NNIT has a clear growth agenda aiming to position itself to capturing market shares in a Danish context as well as internationally within Life Sciences – specifically within SAP projects and SAP AMS. NNITs SAP Business Services are a part of NNIT Cloud & Digital Solutions and are of strategic importance to the totality of the future NNIT.
Reporting to the Senior VP of the Cloud & Digital Solutions, you’ll have a huge level of autonomy. You’re self-driven and responsible of defining strategy and business plan, responsible for own budget and contribute to the development of the overall business of NNIT. You’re expected to create results that significantly affect NNIT’s business results in accordance with NNIT’s Vision.
Your qualifications and background
- The fundamentals: Long Higher Education (Masters level) with supplementary education.
- With 10 years+ of relevant work experience within the SAP Ecosystem, you’re already a “familiar face” to your peers in the SAP industry.
- Extensive management experience in multiple areas of business, including commercial, delivery and people leadership.
- Experience with Nordic business practices and professional culture.
- Written and oral Danish language is an advantage.
